Items must be in their original conditions, unused, and with all tags attached.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to dissolve a contract, without giving reasons, during a period of 30 days. We are allowed to ask you for the reason of this dissolution, but you are under no obligation to state your reason(s). The period of 30 days commences on the day after the product was received by you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the transporting party. In case you want to exercise your right of withdrawal you shall report this to us, within the withdrawal period, by means of the returns form above, make it clear in some other unequivocal way. As quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after the day of reporting to us, you shall return the product, or hand it over to (a representative of) us. You will in any case have complied with the time for returning goods if you send the product back before the withdrawal period of 14 days has lapsed.
How and when do you get your money back?
We reimburse you with all payments, including any delivery costs, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after the day on which you reported the withdrawal. In case of returning only a part of your order (ie: one of two products you purchased), the delivery costs will not be refunded. If you chose an expensive method of delivery in preference to the cheapest standard delivery, we do not have to refund the additional costs of the more expensive method. For any reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that was initially used by you, unless you agree to another method. Reimbursement is free of charge. We can postpone refunding until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have send the product(s) back, whichever comes first.
